Alicia is an executive technology leader with 13+ years of enterprise experience and an active Scaled Agile Program Consultant. She has led transformation programs measured in hundreds of practitioners and tens of millions of dollars of portfolio investment.
Most recently, she led a 250+ person enterprise Agile transformation for a major U.S. transportation organization, including the launch of over 12 Agile Release Trains, the establishment of quarterly PI cadence, and the introduction of Lean Portfolio Management governance.
Her delivery experience spans regulated banking, transportation, and enterprise technology, environments where modernization has to coexist with audit, compliance, and public scrutiny.
